This response can be helpful in survival situations but can be detrimental when there are no immediate physical threats.

Everyone also has a region of their brain that mediates the powers of empathy, objective exploration, innovation, navigation among options and clear-eyed, laser-focused action. We label that our Sage Brain.

Your pod is designed to be interactive and engaging, and participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences and insights with others in the group.
